Tom is our Managing Director. He started in the industry in 2013, while he was studying his second year of studying a Bachelor of Engineering. His longer-term vision is to grow BOLT to take on more clients across multiple industries, countries & services.
Jas is our Sites Coordinator at BOLT. She is responsible for organising the promotional event bookings our sales agents work from. She started with us in 2020.
Ashaya is our Recruitment Manager at Bolt. She is responsible for our recruitment and onboarding process. She started in January of 2024
Matt is an Account Manager in the Gold Coast location. He started in January of 2021, after a stint goat farming in outback Queensland. Matt spearheads marketing strategy for our largest team, focusing their efforts to our clients' best advantage.
Sam is a Junior Account Manager in the Gold Coast. He started in October of 2022. Sam is one of the youngest but hardest workers in the room, always showing inspiring work-ethic towards his team and goals.
Jay is a Sales Trainer in the Gold Coast. Jay started in November of 2023 and has managed to build a team and make his way through the company all under 12 months.
Zoe is a Sales Trainer in the Gold Coast. Zoe started in March of 2023 and has managed to build a team and holds the campaign daily and weekly record
Jack is a Executive Sales Trainer in the Gold Coast location. He started in March of 2021, while studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.
Ashleigh is a Sales Trainer in the Gold Coast location. Ashleigh is currently running our B2B sales team and she does an amazing job at it too. Ashleigh is the definition of a "yes-man" and is always up for a challenge.
Isaac is a Sales Trainer in the Gold Coast location. He's one of our pace-setters in the field, largely due to his strong work-ethic and can-do attitude. Isaac is a man of multiple talents including acting, ping pong, basketball and singing.
Zeus is our Remote Administrator at Bolt based out of the Phillipines. In-between being a husband, father of five and admin extraordinaire, he also find the time to compete in Iron-man races. No wonder he's named after the God of Thunder!
